Return & Refund Policy — L’Fumes London

At L’Fumes London, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to ensure a fair, transparent, and reliable returns process.


Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@lfumes.co.za with photos of the issue.

Under the CPA, defective or incorrect items may be:

  • Replaced

  • Repaired

  • Refunded

We will assess your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened fragrance products

  • Used cosmetics or personal care items

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)


Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, the fastest method is:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once approved, return the item

  3. Place a separate order for the product you want

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary
