Thank you for shopping with LFUMES London. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within South Africa.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery usually takes:

  • 1–4 business days to major cities and surrounding areas

  • 3–7 business days to outlying or rural areas

These timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary based on location, demand, weather, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Any promotions offering free delivery will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to follow your parcel’s progress on the courier’s tracking page.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address is:

  • Complete

  • Accurate

  • Includes any access details (complex name, gate number, unit number, etc.)

LFUMES London is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you, they may attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
After two failed attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.
Additional fees may apply for reshipping.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please contact us immediately at sales@lfumes.co.za with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the parcel/item

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

At this time, LFUMES London ships within South Africa only.
If international shipping becomes available, this section will be updated.

9. Delivery Delays

LFUMES London is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier backlogs

  • Strikes

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Customs or border inspections (for future international orders)

We will always assist where possible, but certain delays are beyond our control.
